Veronica's passion for sustainable fashion, coupled with her expertise in design and pattern-making, has created a wonderful brand so let's delve into Veronica's picks!
Meet Veronica
Veronica's journey in the fashion industry began after graduating from an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology in 2011. She quickly gained valuable experience by interning with WGSN, a renowned trend forecasting agency. Her passion and talent led her to rise through the ranks of womenswear design, where she excelled in both designer and textile designer roles.
However, it was Veronica's personal endeavors that truly fueled her creative spirit. Every evening after work and during weekends, she would immerse herself in the art of sewing, experimenting with fabrics, patterns, and trims. As her knowledge of sustainability and ethical manufacturing grew, she became disenchanted with her role at a fast fashion label. In March 2020, she made the bold decision to quit her job and fully commit to her passion for slow and sustainable fashion. She embarked on a mission to design and create clothing that not only reflected her unique aesthetic but also prioritised the well-being of the planet and the people involved in the production process.
Today, Veronica Tucker The Label stands as a testament to Veronica's unwavering dedication to quality craftsmanship, timeless aesthetics, and a profound respect for the environment. Her collections are thoughtfully curated, reflecting her unique blend of elegance, functionality, and sustainability.
